My child has never studied psychology before. Is that a problem at A-Level?
No, it is the norm. Very few schools offer psychology before sixth form, so tutors are used to building the subject from the ground up rather than assuming GCSE-level prior knowledge.
Does it matter which optional topics my child is studying?
Yes. Schools and exam boards vary in which applied options they set, such as schizophrenia, forensic psychology or relationships, so we match a tutor who already knows your child's specific units.
My child understands the studies but loses marks on evaluation. Can you help with that?
